These terms govern use of TerraForce F&B Agency’s website and requests for information about our hospitality, food and beverage consulting, design, operations and marketing services.

1. About this website

The site provides general information about TerraForce services, including concept and brand development, design, launch and growth, F&B consultancy and operations, and marketing and communications. Service descriptions alone are not a binding offer or promise of a particular outcome.

2. Enquiries and project agreements

Submitting a contact form or requesting a consultation does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance of a project. Work starts once the parties agree in writing on scope, deliverables, schedule, fees and responsibilities. If a signed project agreement differs from these website terms, the project agreement governs that project to the extent permitted by law.

3. Client information and cooperation

The quality of advice depends on accurate information and appropriate access to decision makers, data and operating sites where relevant. Clients should ensure that they have the right to share materials with us and disclose any legal or contractual restrictions that affect a project.

4. Licences and business decisions

Our work may include planning or operational recommendations, but it does not replace approvals from competent authorities or licensed legal, accounting or engineering advice where needed. The business owner remains responsible for final commercial decisions and checking local licences, permits and requirements, unless a separate agreement assigns TerraForce a defined task.

5. Intellectual property

Logos, text, images and designs on the site belong to their rights holders or are used with permission. You may review them to assess our services but may not copy or republish them commercially without written consent. Ownership and use rights in project deliverables are set out in the relevant project agreement.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit misleading or harmful content through its forms. We may restrict access for misuse in accordance with applicable law.

7. External services

The site may link to services run by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. A link does not mean we guarantee their content or availability.

8. Information and outcomes

We take professional care in preparing and updating site content, but markets, costs and operating requirements change. Illustrative figures or examples on the site do not guarantee sales, profit or search rankings. Outcomes depend on each project’s circumstances, execution and factors outside our control.

9. Applicable law and liability

The laws of Saudi Arabia apply to use of the site, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Responsibilities for paid services are set out in the written agreement for each project.
